Position Summary

Responsible for data entry and assisting with general office duties. 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Sees that labor is entered and completed work orders are closed in a timely manner.
  2. Answers the telephone with a friendly and helpful tone.
  3. Assists with general office duties.
  4. Serves as a back-up in the absence of the Dispatcher/Call-Taker.
  5. Special assignments as given by Administrative Assistant for Facilities Maintenance or Seminary Administration.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  1. Must have good communication skills and be able to relate well to people.
  2. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products and the internet. 
  3. GED or High school diploma

Physical Requirements

  1. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of equipment and materials
  2. Ability to sit, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of time.
  3. Visual acuity to use a computer.
